In the fallout of the Galaxy Note 7, a Coral Blue Galaxy S7 Edge seems to be on the way

There’s a lot that’s unique about the Galaxy Note 7, including the new Coral Blue color option. This color was first introduced on the Galaxy Note 7, but with that device going off the market this week, the color dies with it. However, it looks like Samsung may be working on introducing a new Coral Blue Galaxy S7 Edge.

Despite an IP53 rating, the Google Pixel seems to hold up to water a bit better than expected [Video]

The Google Pixel is one of the more impressive devices we’ve seen this year, both on the spec sheet and in person. However, one of the big things that it lacks is water resistance. While Google confirmed the device is water/dust resistant with an IP53 rating, that doesn’t really mean much.

Mobile live streaming on YouTube seems to be rolling out to channels under 10K subscribers

Currently, YouTube allows any channel to livestream from a desktop, but requires they have at least 10 thousand subscribers before they can do so from mobile. According to several users online, it would appear that YouTube is now allowing some channels with fewer subscribers to go live on mobile devices…

The camera on the Pixel phones seems to actually be mighty fine [Gallery]

Update: Apparently, thanks to a metadata-hunting made by the folks over at Phandroid, it looks like at least some of the shots were in fact edited or processed through apps such as Snapseed or VSCO. This certainly changes the perspective a bit, at least on colors, but does nonetheless not deprive the Pixel phones of their stunning rear-shooter. Thanks, Chris!

There certainly is much hype surrounding the Pixel phones, and while criticism is pouring in aplenty from all corners of the Android world, there is a lot of good that can be said about Google‘s new flagship devices. The camera, for one, definitely seems to be part of it…
